ACTC’s Pathfinder’s Path Walking Trail by ACTC-PTK Member Raven Workman

ACTC has a little-known place that I recently discovered known as the Pathfinder walking trail. The walking trail has multiple benefits. It’s a way for people to go out and enjoy nature for a quick respite during their day between class, work, or in their spare time. It’s a way to clear the mind of the possible stressors of everyday life by observing the surroundings. There are many sights to be explored on the walking trail such as a view of the tennis courts, décor that lines the trail, variety of plants, birds and trees to be discovered and ample parking. The trail showcases local artwork contributed by students, faculty and staff. This creates the perfect environment to wind down and an opportunity to make memories.

The Pathfinder’s Path walking trail is located at College Drive Campus at the bottom level parking lot and comes out near the Goodpaster building.  I encourage everyone to take a moment to enjoy this wonderful piece of nature and the newly added artistic décor that our PTK chapter has added to make it a more special and memorable place!
